The Ankerpunkt (3G) duplex apartment spans approximately 45 m² on the upper and attic floors of House 3. The unit accommodates up to 5 people and features a bright, Nordic design. Since pets are not allowed in this apartment, guests can enjoy a particularly well-maintained and pet-free atmosphere. The lower level features the living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette (ceramic cooktop, microwave with grill function) and a smart TV. The attic level features the master bedroom as well as an additional, cosy sleeping alcove. The modern, naturally lit bathroom includes a shower and provides complimentary toiletries. Wi-Fi and a complete linen package are included.
