Welcome to your cosy 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor—the
perfect place for a relaxing holiday! Spanning approximately 35 m˛, this
comfortable apartment accommodates 1 to 2 people. The living room is
bathed in natural light and equipped with a comfortable sleeper sofa, an LED TV,
a radio, and a dining area—ideal for social gatherings over meals. The west-facing balcony invites you to enjoy the evening sun and wind down the day in a relaxed atmosphere. In the well-equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to prepare your meals, including a 4-burner hob and a refrigerator. The
bedroom features two separate beds (80 x 200 cm) that ensure a
restful night’s sleep. The modern bathroom with shower and toilet rounds out the
amenities. Underground parking space No. 6 provides additional convenience. A bicycle storage room and a washing machine are available in the
building.
Prices are based on a maximum of 2 people. For additional guests,
we charge 10 euros per day. Pets are not allowed, and the apartment is a
smoke-free area. Please note that we assume no liability for
Wi-Fi outages, and mail forwarding is not possible since
there are no postbox keys available. Enjoy your stay in
