Welcome to our charming holiday home in Epfenbach.

Your perfect starting point for unforgettable excursions to the picturesque Kraichgau region, the historic city of Heidelberg, the idyllic Odenwald, and many other great destinations.

Our holiday home

This lovingly furnished home offers two separate, nearly identical living units—ideal for families or friends.
Each apartment is designed to accommodate up to 4 people and offers comfort and cosiness.


The Accommodation
Both apartments in our holiday home offer the following amenities:

* a bedroom with a large box-spring bed (2 m wide) with a high-quality mattress

* an additional sleeping option in the form of a sleeper sofa (140x200) for 2 people

* a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle

* a bar table with cosy stools right in the kitchen.

* a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and rain showerhead, sink, and toilet

* a cosy living-dining area

* a comfortable couch and a 50-inch flat-screen TV

* high-speed Wi-Fi and Disney+ (TV)

For our youngest guests, rollaway beds (one-time fee of 10 €) and high chairs are available upon request.


Outdoor area

From the ground-floor apartment, just a few steps lead directly to the quiet terrace with seating.
A lovingly planted raised garden bed with a cosy bench invites you to relax.
A Weber charcoal grill is available for barbecuing.

The upstairs apartment has a small balcony

We’ve also got something for our youngest guests outdoors. They can have a wonderful time playing in a large sandpit and on a trampoline.
There’s also a wide selection of toy vehicles and play equipment for children.


Comfort & Extras

Just a minute’s walk away: A butcher shop and bakery—perfect for breakfast or lunch.
A kebab fast-food restaurant and a pizzeria, both in the immediate vicinity, round out the dining options.

Coming soon: Secure and dry storage for bicycles, strollers, and other outdoor gear.

If you ever run out of laundry, feel free to let us know. We can wash and dry your laundry in the neighbouring building.

Free parking is available right next to the house on the property.
The holiday home has its own entrance.

Wir waren mit 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene und 3 Kindern) in den beiden Ferienwohnungen. Sie sind beide sehr schön und hochwertig eingerichtet. In der unteren Wohnung wurde eine Tischverlängerung angebracht, so dass wir bequem zusammen essen konnten. Es gab eine Lüftung die uns beim heissen Wetter gute Dienste erwiesen hat. Es gab gutes Wlan und unsere Kinder haben sich über Disney gefreut;-) Die Vermieter waren sehr bemüht, freundlich und unkompliziert. In der Nähe gibt es einen 24/7 Supermarkt, der alles hat was es braucht. Von dort kann man auch schöne Ausflüge machen, wie z.B. Heidelberg oder die Margaretenschlucht. Für uns war es rundum gelungen. Vielen Dank!
