The Space:

The studio is designed for comfort and ease. Natural light fills the open living space, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The king-size boxspring bed guarantees a restful night, and the dining area and kitchen make it easy to prepare your favorite meals. A Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and essential cookware are included.



The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, heated towel rack, fresh towels, and a hairdryer.



Step outside to the small south-facing terrace to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with an evening drink. A desk with high-speed internet provides a convenient workspace, and the 55-inch Smart TV is perfect for streaming your favorite shows.



The studio also includes a custom-built wardrobe for storage, and a washer and dryer (coin-operated) are available in the building. A high-quality standing fan keeps the space comfortable during warmer months.



Guest Access:

You’ll have the studio entirely to yourself. Bicycles can be securely stored in the underground garage, and there’s free parking available on the supermarket lot right outside the building.



Check-in is flexible and contactless via a key box. Details and the access code are sent before your arrival.
