A Relaxing Getaway in the Countryside—Holiday Rental with a Large Garden!

One glance out the window and you’re surrounded by greenery—that’s relaxation! Our rustic “Müller Holiday Rental,” with its wonderfully large garden, is perfect for your family holiday or a getaway with friends. Here, you’ll enjoy relaxing days in a beautiful setting—just an 11-minute walk takes you to the fine-sand Südstrand!

The ground-floor holiday rental features a spacious 100 m² of living area and accommodates four people—with a living room, two separate bedrooms, a separate kitchen (with a sliding door), and a bathroom with a shower. You’ll find a simply and functionally furnished space, the centrepiece of which is the 30 m² sunroom (unheated), where you can enjoy meals together, play games, or just sit and chat while taking in the garden view. A swing chair invites you to spend cosy hours there. On warm days, the sliding door creates a pleasant atmosphere in the room. You can enjoy the fresh North Sea air in the spacious, south-facing garden, which offers plenty of space for sunbathing, relaxing, and playing, with both sunny and shady spots.

You can prepare your holiday breakfast, snacks for an outing, or dinner in the separate kitchen, which includes a 4-burner induction stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher.

The living room is furnished with a couch, armchair, and TV, as well as a dining area.

The “Müller Holiday Apartment” has two separate bedrooms. One has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), and the other has two single beds (90 x 200 cm). Both bedrooms have a sink. The comforters are filled with synthetic material or feathers.

The bathroom is equipped with a raised shower pan, toilet, sink, hair dryer, and mirror cabinet.

A cot and a high chair are available for our little North Sea holidaymakers.

A few practical notes: At times, the EGT staff stays on the upper floor of the house. The holiday rental is on the ground floor. An iron and ironing board, a clothes rack, and a vacuum cleaner are provided. You can park your car in a private parking space. This is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed; we appreciate your understanding. Please note that the holiday rental does not have an internet connection.

A garden paradise near the beach!

Welcome to our spacious “Müller Holiday Rental.” It is located at “Haus Kiebitzdelle-Leegde 16,” with no immediate neighbors, in a beautiful, quiet setting that offers plenty of opportunities to relax. In the large garden with trees and a lawn, you can enjoy the refreshing North Sea air.

After just about an 11-minute walk, you’ll reach the popular South Beach. With beach chairs, snack stands, and bathrooms, the DLRG-supervised beach offers every comfort for wonderful days at the beach.

You can reach the North Beach after about a 7-minute bike ride. The inviting promenade, charming cafés and cocktail bars, the bandstand, and the offshore sandbar promise the perfect blend of relaxation and activity. In addition to long walks on the beach and swimming, a wide range of sports activities awaits you (including beach fitness, beach volleyball, sailing, and surfing).

Borkum’s town centre, with its small shops, cafés, and restaurants, invites you to stroll and take a break, and is also about a 7-minute bike ride from the house.
