Haus Weitwinkel is located on the North Sea coast in the Wesermarsch region and offers the ideal retreat for up to four people. In a quiet location, away from the tourist hustle and bustle, a property of approximately 400 square metres awaits you, offering plenty of space to relax, sunbathe, and play—perfect for families or couples who value relaxation and privacy.

The house is comfortably furnished and makes you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and an infrared sauna for relaxing wellness moments. A washing machine and a clothes rack are also provided. A guest bathroom is also available.

The bright living area, with large windows, is furnished with a cosy sofa and a smart TV. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of space for four people and is perfect for shared meals or fun game nights.
A staircase in the living area leads to a loft, which serves as another quiet retreat.

The house has two bedrooms accessible at ground level. One bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (top: 80 cm, bottom: 160 cm) and is ideal for children or additional guests.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could want. It features a stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, and electric kettle.

The covered patio and outdoor furniture invite you to linger in almost any weather and offer a lovely spot to wind down at the end of the day.

Pets are not allowed.
The holiday home area is still partially under development, so there may be occasional minor disturbances (noise/dust) due to construction activities. A corresponding price reduction has already been applied.
