Charming 62-square-meter Scandinavian-style holiday home in beautiful Großenbrode on the Baltic Sea. With 2 bedrooms, the house is ideal for 4–6 people, and dogs are also welcome.

The house features modern Scandinavian design and is very comfortably furnished. Large windows create a bright and pleasant living atmosphere.

The open-concept living and kitchen area creates a spacious feel; a cosy sofa invites you to relax, and you can enjoy your home-cooked culinary delights at the large dining table.

The living area features a flat-screen satellite TV, a DVD player or Blu-ray player, and a stereo system with a radio.

A wood-burning stove in the living room and a private sauna in the bathroom ensure your comfort. This is especially nice on cooler days after a walk in the breeze or a refreshing swim in the Baltic Sea.

The two bedrooms in the holiday home and the alcove—which is especially popular with children for sleeping—are each equipped with double beds. A cot and a high chair are available in the house.

The bathroom has underfloor heating. Across-the-board amenities include a washing machine with a dryer function.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic-top stove, a microwave, and a coffee maker.

From the living area, you have access to the partially covered terrace, furnished with a garden table and chairs, where you can enjoy the long summer evenings. Two lounge chairs are also available for your use.

Facilities:

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two holiday villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.

At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can let off steam playing football, basketball, or tennis.

Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our front desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.

A free parking space is available at every holiday home. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest car park at the resort entrance free of charge.

There’s plenty for kids to discover, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 metres away, on the way to the beach, a large adventure playground awaits in the middle of the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.

For holidaymakers travelling with dogs, two portable dog fences are available at the front desk and can be rented for €49 each. Almost all dog-friendly holiday homes, with living areas ranging from 62 to 96 m², offer plenty of space for a relaxing holiday with your four-legged friend.
