Just a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach in Großenbrode, this spacious, 79 m² Scandinavian-style holiday home awaits you. With three bedrooms and a cosy alcove, it offers the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday for up to 8 people. Your dog is also welcome.

The holiday home features a bright, friendly atmosphere and is tastefully decorated. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and create a pleasant living environment.

The three adjacent bedrooms offer plenty of comfort for families or friends travelling together. Two bedrooms are furnished with cosy double beds, while the third has two comfortable single beds. The alcove—which is especially popular with children and teens—offers two additional sleeping spots on a double bed. A cot and a high chair are also provided.

The spacious, open-concept living and kitchen area forms the heart of the home. The cosy sofa area invites you to relax, while the large dining table offers plenty of space for shared meals, game nights, or social gatherings.

Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen satellite TV, a DVD/Blu-ray player, and a stereo system with a radio. The wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere, especially on cooler days, and invites you to unwind after a walk along the Baltic Sea.

The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and a coffee maker—ideal for cooking together even while on holiday.

From the living area, you have direct access to the partially covered, furnished terrace with a garden table, chairs, and two sun loungers. Here you can spend relaxing hours breathing in the fresh Baltic Sea air, enjoy breakfast together, or wind down comfortably on balmy summer evenings.

Two modern bathrooms with heated floors provide additional comfort. The larger bathroom also features a private sauna, perfect for unwinding after an eventful day of holiday. A washing machine with a dryer function is also at your disposal


Facilities:

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two holiday villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.

At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can let off steam playing football, basketball, or tennis.

Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.

Each holiday home comes with a free parking space. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest car park at the resort entrance free of charge.

There’s plenty for kids to discover, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 metres away, on the way to the beach, a large adventure playground awaits amid the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.

For holidaymakers travelling with dogs, two portable dog fences are available at the front desk and can be rented for €49 each. Almost all dog-friendly holiday homes offer plenty of space for a relaxing holiday with your four-legged friend, with living areas ranging from 62 to 96 m².
