The Alster Holiday Homes, consisting of the two houses Loucia and Ruben, offer a high-quality holiday home on Sylt and leave nothing to be desired.

The holiday home in Westerland, Haus Loucia, is located in a quiet residential area between Westerland and Wenningstedt. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away and is perfect for long walks and relaxing by the sea.

This spacious holiday home accommodates up to 8 people (recommended: a maximum of 4 adults and 4 children). The interior features a bright, modern design and a stylish, cosy atmosphere. Light-colored wide-plank hardwood floors, flat-screen TVs in all bedrooms, and three high-quality natural-stone bathrooms ensure a high level of comfort. For relaxing holiday moments, you’ll also have access to a sauna, a whirlpool tub, and a cosy wood-burning stove in the living room. In 2025, some of the furniture in the living and dining areas was also updated, giving the house an even more modern and inviting look.

The basement features a large bedroom with a double bed (180 × 200 cm), a bathroom with a shower and a whirlpool tub, and the house’s own sauna.

The ground floor forms the central living area of the house, featuring a spacious kitchen, the dining area, and the cosy living room with a wood-burning stove. Additionally, there is another bathroom with a shower on this floor.

On the ground floor, there is a large bedroom with a double bed (180 × 200 cm), another bedroom with a bunk bed (140 × 180 cm, though it’s under a sloped ceiling and therefore more suitable for children!), as well as a bathroom with a shower.

The attic features another bedroom with two single beds. Due to the sloping ceilings, we recommend this room especially for children. The area is designed as an open loft.
