Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage in einem schönen Reetdachhaus mit mehreren FeWo. Sie liegt auf der Ost-Watt-Seite wo man einen schönen Blick auf die Natur mit Vögeln hat, abends kommt auch mal ein Fasan herangelaufen oder ein Häschen hoppelt vorbei. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll dekoriert. Die kleine Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet und modern. In den beiden kleinen Fluren kann man vieles an Sachen unterbringen. Im Untergeschoss befinden sich Schlafzimmer und Bad, auch sehr schön. Allerdings ist hier das Problem mit der Lüftung durch einen schmalen Abzug, man muss wirklich immer ausreichend und wiederholt lüften, sonst steht die Luft. Parkplatz ist gleich am Haus, die Terrasse mit Strandkorb und Sitzmöbeln fanden wir super, konnten allerdings nur wenig nutzen.Die Bushaltestelle ist gleich davor an der Hauptstraße, alles im Ortszentrum ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen oder mit Fahrrad auch der Minimarkt für Brötchen. Auf der Gegenseite ist man in 10 min am herrlichen Strand, dort kann man auch nach Süden zum Seepferdchen Samoa oder Sansibar laufen. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur war sehr gut, auch der Schlüsseltresor, da man ja nie weiß, wann man mit den Autozug ankommt.
