Located in Avrillé with direct tram access to Angers city center in 22 minutes, this 42 m² gîte accommodates up to 4 guests. Enjoy a peaceful countryside setting while staying close to city amenities. The property features one bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a living room with a 140 cm sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes both filter and Nespresso coffee makers. There’s a separate WC, bathroom, Wi-Fi, TV, fan, and a baby bed. Two bicycles are available, and babysitting can be arranged.



The uncovered private terrace faces south and overlooks a lush shared garden. A barbecue is provided for outdoor meals.



You have a private parking space in a secure courtyard. A shared charging station for electric vehicles is available. Shared washing machine and dryer can be used. Events are not permitted.
