Location
Holiday Home 5 is located in the front row with views of the dunes, the beach, and the sea. This inviting holiday home is situated directly on the dune path that separates the Strandblick holiday village from the wide Baltic Sea beach. The fine sandy beach is less than 100 metres away—ideal for swimmers and sunbathers!

The House
With a spacious area of approximately 172 m², the holiday home can accommodate up to 10 people, making it perfect for families or friends. It features its own large pool and a total of 5 bedrooms.

Special Highlights
A large indoor pool with a slide, hot tub, and sauna guarantees you a great family holiday no matter the weather!

The pool area can be locked for the safety of our youngest guests. This allows parents to relax and enjoy their holiday while their children play in a safe environment.

The wood-burning stove creates a particularly cosy atmosphere during the colder months!
Two sunny terraces invite you to enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air. Here you can relax undisturbed or spend convivial evenings.

A washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher are provided.

Living Area
The open-concept living and dining area is the perfect place to get together. Two sofa nooks and an inviting dining area create a cosy atmosphere. The wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth, while the flat-screen TV and the radio with CD player provide entertainment. Large windows with curtains ensure a comfortable level of privacy.

Kitchenette
The well-equipped kitchenette has everything you need. Here you’ll find, for example:

- Refrigerator and freezer
- Dishwasher
- Microwave
- 4-burner ceramic cooktop with oven

A wide variety of pots, dishes, and glasses are also available—perfect for preparing your favourite meals!

Bedrooms
Three bedrooms are furnished with two single beds (80 x 200 each), which are pushed together to form double beds. Two bedrooms are each furnished with two single beds (80 x 200). Each bedroom features a spacious closet for your holiday wardrobe.

Bathrooms
The spacious main bathroom is a real highlight:

- Two showers and two sinks
- Separate sauna, hot tub (for up to 5 people), and pool for pure relaxation

There’s also a guest bathroom with a shower.

Outdoor Area & Parking
The terraces are ideal for relaxing while you enjoy the sun and the tranquility of the holiday village. For your convenience, three free parking spaces are available on the property. The smoke-free house is particularly allergy-friendly, as pets are not allowed here.

Important Booking Information
Utility costs for gas (1.50 €/m³), water (8.50 €/m³), and electricity (0.40 €/kWh) will be metered after your departure and deducted from your security deposit. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented for a fee (without making the beds). Wi-Fi is also available free of charge (subject to availability).

Village 1 “Strandblick,” with its exclusive and spacious holiday homes, offers you a peaceful and relaxing holiday on Priwall in Travemünde, located in a quiet, beachfront setting. The distance to the beach is approximately 100 metres.
Whether you’re looking for a smaller holiday home for a small group or an XXL holiday rental with a private pool for up to 12 people, you’re sure to find the perfect holiday home at the “Strandblick” complex. Each house features a sauna, a hot tub, and a wood-burning stove. Other homes offer large indoor pools and steam rooms.
Children are welcome in all holiday accommodation at the resort, and dogs are allowed in many holiday homes. The spacious terraces offer plenty of seating. Each holiday home comes equipped with at least one grill to ensure you have a great time with your family!
The entire complex offers free Wi-Fi.
Parking spaces are located right next to the homes.

In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit to ensure the holiday rental is returned in good condition. Your rental deposit is €250. For larger properties, it’s €350. The security deposit must be paid in advance via bank transfer along with the final payment and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, minus any utility costs, provided there are no complaints or defects (Valid for 2026: Water based on consumption / €8.50 per m³; gas based on consumption / €1.50 per m³; electricity based on consumption / €0.40 per kWh).


Strandblick Village 1 holiday village on the Travemünde-Priwall


At the Strandblick holiday resort, Village 1, exclusive holiday homes with a unique living atmosphere await you. Each of the 23 detached homes features three to six bedrooms, up to two bathrooms, a spacious living room with an open kitchen, and a generous terrace, and can accommodate six to twelve people, depending on the layout.
Parking spaces are located directly in front of each holiday home. If you bring bicycles, you’ll find plenty of space to park them at each house.
