Sehr schöne Wohnung im 1. OG mit Fenstern zu zwei Seiten. Nicht alle Wohnungen verfügen über eine Spülmaschine, diese sehr wohl. Dadurch lässt sich auch mal schnell das Geschirr durchspülen, das man nutzen möchte. Die Küche verfügt nicht über Massen von Geschirr, aber dafür gibt es halt auch diese kleine Spülmaschine, so dass man nicht lange sammeln muss. Das Sofa ist für ältere Menschen ein wenig niedrig, aber dennoch kein Problem. Erwähnenswert ist die Sauberkeit. Bitte unbedingt beibehalten und nicht nachlassen. Die Betten sind von sehr guter Qualität. Beim Abziehen der Bettwäsche war auch das Darunter sauber und weiß. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenige Schritte zum Strand. All diese Kriterien rechtfertigen den Preis.
