Welcome to our holiday rental “LANGEOOGZEIT,” your comfortable holiday home with a large southwest-facing terrace., Whether it’s spring, summer, fall, or winter—you’ll enjoy a wonderfully relaxing getaway on Langeoog with us. Just a short walk and you’re at the North Sea!

This newly built apartment offers 50 m² of living space and, with an open-concept living area and two separate bedrooms, is ideal for two to four people—perfect for families or couples. Floor-to-ceiling windows make the apartment feel bright and welcoming. The living, dining, and kitchen areas, as well as the bedrooms, feature high-quality wood-look flooring.

The “LANGEOOGZEIT” holiday apartment is comfortable, modern, and furnished with great attention to detail. You’ll also experience the island’s most beautiful charm on the sunny 28 m² southwest-facing terrace, which you can access from the living room. Dune sand, dune grass, a woven-wood privacy screen, and an evergreen hedge, along with high-quality patio furniture and a parasol, invite you to relax here—a wonderful holiday feeling!

The bright living area is equipped with a couch, flat-screen TV, stereo system, and Wi-Fi. A large dining table, for example, offers plenty of space for games and crafts. The cosy atmosphere invites you to linger even when the weather is bad, and the sofa with a récamière provides ample space for a cosy get-together. Board games and books are available.

Snacks for an outing or dinner in the evening can be prepared quickly and conveniently in the high-quality, modern high-gloss kitchen. It features, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and built-in microwave, as well as a kettle, toaster, capsule coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), coffee maker, and radio.

Two separate bedrooms offer you a pleasant place to retreat. The larger bedroom features a wide double bed (180 x 200 cm), a spacious closet (with plenty of hangers), and another flat-screen TV. The smaller bedroom is furnished with a single bed that converts into a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a closet. Blackout blinds in both sleeping areas ensure a restful night’s sleep.

In the hallway, you’ll find plenty of space for numerous jackets and shoes; as well as a full-length mirror and a bench to sit on.

The tastefully furnished bathroom, featuring underfloor heating and a walk-in shower, provides additional comfort. The bathroom is also equipped with ample storage space, drawers, and hooks for four people, as well as a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror.

Especially for children, the apartment offers a travel cot with an extra mattress and a high chair (both available upon request). There is also a children’s CD player with a radio, various children’s games and books, as well as other toys. The cosy terrace is separated from the other units, providing a safe space for your children and preventing them from wandering off.

Our lovingly furnished 48 m² ground-floor apartment with a terrace is centrally located—yet pleasantly quiet. A cosy retreat for couples and small families looking to slow down and enjoy nature right on their doorstep.
The day begins with fresh rolls from the bakery around the corner, leading to long walks by the sea or short trips to the horse farm, the golf course, or the mini-golf course—all very close by. And in the evening, you return to your warm, cosy retreat.
Winter on Langeoog is clear, quiet, and especially intense.

General Information: The “LANGEOOGZEIT” apartment is located on the ground floor of a building constructed in 2016 with only four residential units. A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge in the adjacent building. A clothes rack and laundry basket are provided for your laundry, as well as an ironing board and iron. Our “LANGEOOGZEIT” holiday rental is also ideal for people with allergies; it is a smoke-free apartment, and out of consideration for other guests, pets are not allowed.

The accommodation is located in a quiet yet central spot and offers you all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay on the car-free North Sea island of Langeoog. The island’s main attractions can be easily explored on foot or by bike. The main beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. Enjoy the wide, 14-kilometer-long white sandy beach and the wonderful swimming opportunities!

The seawater adventure pool and the spa administration office are also located right near the house. The island village, with its small boutiques, restaurants, and cafés that invite you to stroll around, is about a 5- to 8-minute walk away. Here you’ll find everything you need for daily life and cosy evenings. The train station, the golf course, the riding facility, and a large playground for the little ones are also nearby.

Langeoog has many attractions in store for you, all easily accessible from Melkerpad 28. The water tower, the island’s landmark, is about a 10- to 15-minute walk away. If you climb to the top, a fantastic panoramic view of the island and the Wadden Sea awaits you.

You’ll also enjoy another great view from the observation dune at Pirolatal. It’s located just outside the centre but is easily accessible on foot or by bike and is well worth the trip to enjoy the panoramic view of the North Sea.

The Flinthörn in the southwest of the island (about an 11-minute bike ride away) features a viewing platform with a magnificent view of the dunes, salt marshes, and the mudflats—ideal for guided mudflat hikes or birdwatching.
