At the “Watt” apartment, you’ll enjoy a relaxing getaway in a quiet location between the dunes and the sea. A cosy, well-appointed holiday rental awaits you, offering a stunning view of the typical Sylt landscape and the thatched-roof houses of Rantum. Here you’ll find the perfect place to unwind and leave everyday life behind. Everywhere you look, you’ll see the vast expanse of the Rantum mudflats.

The bright living area invites you to relax—whether you’re watching TV on the smart TV or unwinding after a long walk on the beach. The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and everything you need to prepare your meals.

In the separate bedroom, you’ll sleep in a comfortable double bed (180 × 200 cm) and start each new day of your holiday feeling refreshed. The modern bathroom with a shower and toilet offers you additional comfort. Wi-Fi, a safe, a hair dryer, and a private, free parking space are also available to you.

Our favourite spot is the terrace—enjoy the view of the North Sea here and relax in the beach chair.

The living room with the red sofa is a common area of the Friedeburg house.

Your four-legged friend is also very welcome here. A cot and high chair can be booked upon request.

Whether it’s days at the beach, bike rides, or long walks through the dunes—in the “Watt” apartment, you can enjoy Sylt at your own pace in a relaxed atmosphere.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse mit Strandkorb, man hat fast den ganzen Tag Sonne. Wir bevorzugen die ruhige Lage, man ist schnell am Watt, und in ca. 10 Minuten Gehzeit am Weststrand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar.
