This exclusive vacation apartment offers a beautiful view of the Trave River and the large Baltic Sea ferries gliding by, which connect Lübeck with the Scandinavian countries and the Baltic states. It is located just 20 meters from the marina, home to the legendary four-masted barque Passat, Travemünde’s famous landmark.

The apartment is stylishly furnished with high-quality, modern furnishings. A special highlight is its private wellness area with a sauna, whirlpool, and steam room featuring an integrated double
rain shower. In the living area, the flames of the bioethanol fireplace create a cozy atmosphere in the evening, as do the large ships passing by with their impressive nighttime lighting.

Our vacation rental is well-suited for guests with limited mobility. All apartments are easily accessible by elevator. There are no door thresholds inside the apartment, and the shower is walk-in.

The accommodations are suitable for use with a walker or other walking aids. Please note that there are no grab bars in the bathroom, and the apartment is not wheelchair-accessible due to door widths of 69 cm.

The vacation rental is equipped with modern fiber-optic technology, and high-speed internet is available to you with unlimited data. You can receive over 250 TV channels in HD quality; with your own login credentials, you can also enjoy Sky, DAZN, Prime, Netflix, and more.
We source 100% of our electricity from renewable energy sources; thermal energy is generated by our own gas-fired power plant, which is specifically designed to meet local needs, making it as environmentally friendly and climate-friendly as possible.

Health and safety, cleanliness, and environmental and climate protection are very important to us. That’s why we change the linens on your beds with fresh sheets free of charge shortly before your arrival. Used pillows and comforters are never dry-cleaned; instead, they are disposed of in an environmentally responsible manner or recycled and replaced with hygienically sound new items.

You can buy breakfast rolls, everyday essentials, and local specialties right nearby. You’ll find more information about shopping options and restaurants, as well as tips for leisure activities—even when the weather’s bad—inside the apartment.

The rental rate includes all utilities such as electricity, gas, and water, as well as the visitor’s tax (in accordance with the currently valid regulations) and 1 parking space.

Price Increase:
In the event of price increases for variable costs (e.g., the tourist tax levied by the municipality of Travemünde), Homes by the Sea GmbH is entitled to increase the price to cover the corresponding costs borne by the tenant.
None of the above entitles the tenant to cancel the reservation.
Trips by youth groups are only possible upon request and subject to certain conditions!

The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms—one with a cozy double bed, the other with two single beds—ideal for couples, families, or friends.

A real highlight is the private wellness area: Relax in the sauna, enjoy the hot tub, or leave the stresses of everyday life behind in the steam room with its built-in double rain shower.

In the evening, the bioethanol fireplace creates a special sense of well-being with its warm flickering flames. The unique ambiance is rounded out by the large ships passing by, whose impressive lighting creates a very special atmosphere, especially in the evening hours.
