Enjoy 2 bedrooms, a private bathroom, high-speed Wi-Fi, fan, baby bed, high chair, and breakfast included for a comfortable stay. You have access to the estate’s pool, games room (billiards, ping-pong), and a greenway crossing the grounds. Summer nights are usually cool (17–20°C)—sleep with the windows open, no air conditioning needed. Pets allowed. Just 15 minutes from Mirepoix and 50 minutes from Toulouse.

Welcome to Domaine de Marlas, a 19th-century farmhouse with exposed stone and beams, set in a 13-hectare park in Rieucros. Here, you won’t find a hotel or modern décor—just an authentic rural home where old-world charm makes all the difference.
