The Seegras holiday home welcomes you to the popular Friesenhörn area in Horumersiel and offers an exceptionally spacious layout of approximately 57 square metres for up to seven people. Just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, this charming house combines a beachfront location with plenty of space, thoughtful amenities, and a cosy atmosphere—ideal for families or small groups looking to spend unforgettable days together by the North Sea.

On the ground floor, you’ll find an open-concept living area with a fully equipped kitchenette that leaves nothing to be desired. An oven and ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are all provided so you can prepare your meals in complete comfort. The spacious dining area with a large table seats up to seven people and is perfect for convivial breakfasts or cosy dinners. The bright living area, featuring a comfortable sofa set and satellite TV, creates a pleasant, cosy atmosphere and opens directly onto the terrace and into the fenced-in garden. Here, you’ll find garden furniture and a beach chair, so you can enjoy the fresh North Sea air to the fullest. A separate shed provides convenient storage space for your bicycles.

Also on the ground floor is one of a total of three bedrooms, equipped with a double bed and electric exterior blinds that provide complete blackout and ensure a restful night’s sleep. In addition, there are two bathrooms with showers and toilets on the ground floor, which ensures a high level of comfort, especially when hosting a larger group. Another sleeping area is accessible via a space-saving staircase. There is a sleeper sofa in the lower area, while an additional sleeping space for two people is created above the stairs. The stairs near the dining area lead to the loft, which has a ceiling height of about 1.50 metres. From here, you can access the third bedroom, which has two single beds. Due to the lower ceiling height, this area is particularly well-suited for children and teenagers.

All rooms in the house can be completely darkened thanks to electric exterior blinds, allowing you to enjoy peaceful quiet at any time. The floors are tiled for easy maintenance or feature modern design flooring, emphasising the house’s contemporary character. The fenced-in garden offers privacy and plenty of space to relax or play.
