Guest barn Rubitz - Barn

The guest barn on the spacious grounds of Landhaus Rubitz is a converted barn that is available entirely for your exclusive use. On the first floor, approximately 98 m² of space awaits you, accommodating up to 4 people plus a toddler in a crib. A slightly steeper staircase leads you upstairs directly into the open living and dining area with an open kitchen. Here you’ll find a sofa, an exercise bike, a TV, and a fireplace, as well as a large dining table for shared meals. Two separate bedrooms with double beds and closets, as well as a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet, round out the accommodations. During the transitional seasons, you can use the fireplace for heating or the night storage heaters—the landlord will be happy to explain how both work. Downstairs, you’ll find a lockable bike storage room and a laundry room with a washing machine. Outside, the property offers plenty of space to relax, play, and have barbecues. During the summer months, guests can enjoy a mini-pool in the garden with a diameter of 3.7 meters.

In the summer, the Rubitz country house is used by the owners, and during other times of the year, it is also used by vacation guests.



Barn:

You reach the guest barn via a slightly steeper staircase and enter directly into the open living and dining area on the first floor. This space is the heart of the accommodation, combining cooking, dining, and living in one spacious area. The living room area features a sofa and a TV, and the fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere, especially during the cooler months. There’s also an exercise bike available if you’d like to incorporate some exercise into your day while on vacation. At the dining table, you can eat together, play games, or plan your next outing. The open kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and features a stove, oven, and dishwasher, as well as kitchen utensils for daily use. Two separate bedrooms branch off from the living area. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160x200), while the second bedroom features a double bed (180x200); both rooms have wardrobes. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a shower, toilet, and bidet. Heating is provided, depending on the season, either by the fireplace or by night storage heaters; the landlord will be happy to explain how to use them. In the lower part of the barn, you’ll also have access to a lockable bike storage room and a laundry room with a washing machine, making even longer stays hassle-free.



Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
