There are 2 bedrooms—one with a double bed and bunk bed—and a living/sleeping area with 2 pull-out sofas (each suitable for up to 2 people). You have a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, heating in all rooms, a shared washing machine and dryer, and a high chair. For children, there are shared toys and books. A capsule coffee machine with milk and self check-in provide extra comfort.



Enjoy your private, uncovered terrace with furniture and a small playground for your exclusive use, as well as your own garden with wonderful mountain views. A shared barbecue is available for cozy evenings.



There are 2 shared parking spaces directly at the house. Up to 3 pets are welcome. Events are not permitted. For your safety, cameras are installed at the courtyard entrance and in the garden area. Public transport is within easy walking distance.
