The country house offers 100 m² of space for up to 4 people in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Farm holidays: Arrive, take a deep breath, and connect with nature. Bordering our horse paddocks, the “Landsitz” offers not just a temporary home, but a genuine country experience. The detached holiday home is surrounded by a private garden where you can fully enjoy the open spaces and tranquility of the surroundings.
All on one level—here you have your very own private retreat. With approximately 100 m², the “Landsitz” offers plenty of space for up to 4 people. The rustic country house style creates a cosy atmosphere where you’ll feel right at home immediately. Sit on the patio, listen to the rustling of the trees, or watch the horses in the paddock. A place to breathe deeply. A place to stay.
Enjoy the outdoors: Your private garden with a terrace invites you to spend relaxing hours there—complete with lounge chairs, a charcoal grill, and a windbreak. The yard also offers authentic farm fun for the whole family: a playground, sandpit, trampoline, and a fire pit for balmy summer evenings are all at your disposal.
For extra comfort: You’ll arrive stress-free, parking right next to the house in your private parking spot or under the carport that fits two cars. Bicycles can be stored safely in a covered area.

A cosy retreat: Spacious living area with a sofa, armchairs, satellite TV, radio, books, and games.
Country-style cuisine: The enclosed, fully equipped kitchen (ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, and much more) offers plenty of space for shared meals at the large dining table.
Sleep like you’re on a cloud: Two bedrooms with blackout curtains (1 double bed, 180x200 cm, with separate mattresses; 1 set of two single beds, each 100x200 cm).
Family-friendly: A travel cot and high chair are available for our little guests.
Comfort: Bathroom with shower (walk-in), hair dryer, and window. Underfloor heating (if available/desired), window screens, and privacy screens ensure your comfort.
For four-legged friends: Up to two dogs are welcome upon prior request.
Other: A shared washing machine, free Wi-Fi, a vacuum cleaner, a clothes rack, and a full-length mirror are available.
Important Note: For the comfort of all guests, the country estate is a smoke-free property.
Bed linens and towels are provided free of charge.
