Our small, cosy house is located 300 metres from the town centre, so the bakery, supermarket, hair salon, cafés, restaurants, and more are all just a few minutes’ walk away. The apartment is located on the ground floor of our two-family house.

The apartment is on the ground floor and can accommodate up to five people. Two bedrooms with double beds, a living room with a sleeper sofa and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and access to the south-facing balcony ensure a relaxing holiday. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet, and a separate toilet is also available.
The Hauser Kaibling, Planai, and Reiteralm ski areas are just a few minutes’ drive away. In the summer, Gröbming is the perfect starting point for hikes, bike rides, and nature adventures.
A garage parking space is included, and a ski storage room and bike storage area are also available.

On-site fees: • Smoking is not permitted. • Pets are allowed upon request. Fees may apply. • Parties/events are not permitted. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. DEPOSIT: A 40% deposit is due via an online portal after booking. OCCUPANCY: Max. 5 people. Local tax per person (children under 15 free): €3.25/night. Final cleaning: €115 (included in the price). Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Children under 2 years of age stay for free in their parents’ bed. A cot can be provided free of charge subject to availability; please contact the host in advance to reserve one. The balance is due 1 day before arrival. The balance is paid online by credit card. If you are unable to pay by credit card, please contact the host immediately after booking to arrange payment by bank transfer.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
