Gesamtergebnis mangelhaft(kein Deluxe).Katastrophale Bedingungen in der Wohnung, wie wir es noch nie gesehen haben.Das Mobiliar ist überwiegend defekt, kaputt oder funktioniert nicht.Die Wohnung ist extrem unsauber, dreckig und nicht zum wohlfühlen geeignet!TV geht nur teilweise.Bad ist ok(aber keineswegs sauber)Lage ist sehr gut.Für niemanden zu empfehlen!
