Le Magnolie – House with Garden near Bologna

Le Magnolie is a welcoming house surrounded by greenery, carefully renovated by the owner and tastefully furnished with vintage modern furniture. The property is bordered by lush gardens on both sides and features a pleasant rear patio equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for breakfast or relaxing in the shade of tamarisks. Every room enjoys a peaceful garden view.



The house accommodates up to 5 guests: there is a master bedroom with a super king-size bed, an additional single bed, and a living room with a queen-size sofa bed. The living area is functional, with a dedicated dining space. The bathroom includes a shower, bidet, and hairdryer.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, induction cooktop, and electric oven. A shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer is available upon request.



Convenient parking is available in front of the house or in a small area 50 meters away; a covered garage next door is available for bicycle storage.



The location is ideal: just a 5-minute walk from the center of Sasso Marconi, with shops, supermarkets, and bars, and from the railway station on the Bologna–Porretta line. Bologna is about 20 minutes away—perfect for cultural, food, and trade fair experiences—and is well connected to major Italian cities.



The area is perfect for nature and sports lovers: both the Via degli Dei and the Via della Lana e della Seta pass nearby, ideal for hiking or cycling. It’s also a great starting point to explore the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, with trekking and cycling routes and scenic spots like Prati di Mugnano, Monte Adone, and Lake Suviana.
