Gîte de la Bretonnière with Heated Pool
Bright 100 m² house in a peaceful setting, fully renovated, furnished, and equipped.
On the ground floor, you will find a living area, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a shower room, a separate toilet, and a storage room.
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, plus another bedroom with a 140 cm bed. A large shower room with toilet and an air-conditioned mezzanine complete the upper floor.
Outside, enjoy a private entrance, parking, and a separate plot. There is a pond available for fishing, a pétanque court, and a basketball hoop. The heated pool is covered—perfect for relaxing (open and heated from May 20 to mid-October).
The house is in Contres, 3 km from the town center with shops, a pool with hydro-jets, and a biscuit factory. Located in the heart of the Loire castles (Cheverny, Chambord, Chaumont-sur-Loire, Chenonceau), close to Beauval Zoo, Cheverny golf course, and the Amboise Mini-Châteaux Park.
Small pets are welcome.
Bed linen is included for your stay. Towels are available on request for an extra charge.
