"LuLa" apartment, on the quay - and be happy! 3.5 rooms & loggia; up to 5 guests

Spacious, bright flat (100 m²) in the centre overlooking the lake, with everything you need to make you happy. 3.5 rooms for up to 5 people: living room and loggia with a flambé table, kitchen with a breakfast bar. 1 room with a desk, reading area and a 140 cm bed; 1 room with a coffee table, a 140 cm bed and a 120 cm sofa bed. Bathroom and shower.
Ice cream stand in front of the house. Pizzeria in the building, serving breakfast from 7am and offering room service until 11pm... that’s Italian style. Swimming and jogging right outside the house. Tennis, mini-golf, boules court, 4 minutes’ walk to the harbour and also to the Madonna del Sasso / Cardada mountain railway. Piazza Grande, railway station and Lido are all 7 minutes away; golf course with golf school 15 minutes away.

Die Wohnung mit schattierbarem, geräumigen Balkon im neuen Viertel von Locarno hat einen schönen, weiten Blicküber den See aus der 3. Etage und ist angenehm gross. Umberto ist ein sehr sympathischer, unkomplizierter Vermieter, der uns während seiner Abwesenheit all seine privaten Dinge anvertraut hat.
