Welcome to our modern and bright holiday home in Hoym—ideal for couples or singles who want to enjoy peace and quiet and nature. The holiday home offers everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Accommodation Description
The living area features a comfortable leather couch, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV, all set in a cosy atmosphere.
Modern built-in kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, oven, fully automatic coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, and plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and seating.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, high-quality mattresses, and a closet with ample storage space.
Modern bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, and hair dryer.
The holiday home was renovated in 2025/2026. All furnishings are new and of high quality.

Outdoor Area
Adjacent to the kitchen is a terrace with seating.
The small garden next to the holiday home is available for guests’ use.


Location Description
The village of Hoym is a district of the town of Seeland and is located in the northern Harz foothills. It is an ideal starting point for excursions into the Harz Mountains and for city tours to the nearby World Heritage city of Quedlinburg, the half-timbered town of Wernigerode, and Aschersleben, the oldest city in Saxony-Anhalt.
Thanks to its connection to the A36, day trips are possible in all directions. For example, to Magdeburg, Halle, Leipzig, Braunschweig, Goslar, Wolfenbüttel, and many more.
The R1 bike trail runs through Hoym and is a perfect starting point for bike tours into the Harz Mountains, the Selke Valley, or around Lake Concordia.
Our holiday home is located on the outskirts of town (about 60 m set back from the street).
In town, there is an Edeka supermarket, a post office, and a Greek restaurant.

Wir haben uns in unserer Zeit hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Ferienhaus ist modern ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht bis hin zu mehr. Der ceck in war völlig unkompliziert und die Kommunikation sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Ort Hoym ist gut angebunden, sodass man Städte wie beispielsweise Quedlinburg und Aschersleben oder die Teufelsmauer und den Hexentanzplatz mit all der schönen Natur gut und schnell erreichen kann. Wir hatten eine schöne und erholsame Zeit. Vielen Dank
