Independent storey villa in a quiet location on vineyard nearby house owner within the massif of Uchaux. Very nice view of the valley, planted with vineyards and forests. Pets allowed after agreement. Lots of character: exposed beams in every room, 'tomette' in the great room and kitchen ... Nearby you will find many pretty villages such as Grignan, Valréas, Nyons, Crest ... You can either relax on the terrace protected by an olive tree or next to the house under the pines, or excursions to the Ardèche Gorges (canoeing, kayaking, tree climbing) in the cities of Avignon, Arles and Nîmes and even up Camargue (Saintes Maries de la Mer and Acute Dead) (1:15 by car) .The cyclists can visit the Mont Ventoux and mountain bike enthusiasts can play their favorite sport by taking the tours offered by the Tourist Office. Many theater and music festivals are held during the summer.
Cyclists can join the Mont Ventoux or make more or less long courses (Monts de Vaucluse for example) starting from the house or nearby (plans given at the arrival).
ATV enthusiasts can indulge in their favorite sport by taking the tours proposed by the Tourist Office and those we can recommend them from the house. In addition, a mountain bike base labeled FFCT has just been created in Saint-Paul-Trois-Chateaux (10km from Bollène) with 14 circuits and 320km of trails (descriptive sheet for each circuit indicating the level of difficulty available on the website of the City of Saint-Paul).
For runners and trailers, it is paradise: possibility to run on small roads in the countryside or on the contrary on many paths shaded or not with little or much altitude, and this just out of the house. For the more experienced, the rise of Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail are demanding drives, but rewarded by magnificent views. Finally, for those who want to run on flat (semi preparation and marathons) there is possibility to reach in 15 minutes by car the Donzere-Mondragon Canal or the Rhone, and there roads or flat roads follow these waterways .

Peaceful with lovely views

The villa is in a lovely location, so peaceful with views all around of vineyards and forest. It was clean, well equipped and Maguy was always very friendly and helpful when we required advice on the local area. We would definitely recommend.

Découverte de la région et de son histoire

Tout d’abord je voulais remercier les propriétaires de leur accueil et de leur gentillesse, qui n’est pas dû à tout le monde…. C’est Un endroit convivial et chaleureux, reposant…. Autre chose, il y a, tout autour pleins d’endroits à visiter avec admiration et une affection sur l’histoire de tout ces villages, châteaux, vignobles… « Bien qu’il y a de la sécheresse, il y a tout de même de l’eau. » En remerciant les propriétaires, j’encourage pour passer de bons moments

Par cette canicule, après un si long et pénible voyage (6h de bouchons),pas même un verre d'eau fraîche à notre arrivée. Obligé de faire des courses.

Zeer aardige eigenaars. Nette woning in het bos. Gezien de hittegolf en extreme warmte hebben we niet veel kunnen bezichtigen. Bos dichtbij voor verfrissing.

Mooie gerieflijke woning tussen de wijngaarden

Mooi gelegen, wel heel dicht tegen het huis van de eigenaars, als ze op hun terras buiten zitten, konden we hen horen praten, als ze bezoek kregen van een klein kind was dit zelfs hinderlijk. Wel is de airco noodzakelijk in het huis, anders niet te doen bij warm weer.

Rustig gelegen en compleet huis met prachtig uitzicht

Compleet en goed vakantiehuis met een prachtig uitzicht over de wijngaard en heerlijke tuin. Rustig gelegen en totaal geen last van de eigenaar die zich elders ook op het terrein bevindt. Indien nodig waren ze goed bereikbaar en goede communicatie. Genoeg schaduw tevens van het bos met naaldbomen. Leuke omgeving met genoeg zwem mogelijkheid in de rivieren van de Ardèche. Zeker aan te raden.

woning voorzien van alle comfort gelegen in een prachtige omgeving.

De woning voldeed aan al onze wensen, vermits er een hittegolf heerste waren wij zeer blij met de airco. De eigenaars zijn vriendelijk en discreet. Enkel het raam aan de zijkant van de slaapkamer mag beter afgeschermd worden tegen de zon, en de uitgesleten voegen rond de gootsteen in de keuken zijn niet echt hygiënisch. Het uitzicht is uniek en de omgeving prachtig! Het is er zeer rustig, wij hadden een zeer prettig verlof!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, dans cette jolie villa avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances .Le soleil était au rdv et nous avons pu visiter cette très belle région .Nous remercions les propriétaires qui ont fait preuve d'une très grande gentillesse ( Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ) et merci aussi pour leurs conseils qui nous ont été précieux.

"Maison très propre mais cuisine un peu tristounette ! Très au calme puisqu'elle est située au milieu des vignes et donc un peu loin des commerçants. Néanmoins, c'est un endroit parfait pour se reposer. L'accueil des propriétaires est très bon."
