Freshly renovated and comfortably furnished, this inviting vacation rental offers everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The apartment is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired.
Central location, close to nature. Quietly situated in a green setting, with recreational activities and perfect opportunities for relaxation, close to the cultural highlights of the Bavarian capital.

You’ll be staying on the 1st floor of our house. We share the building’s main entrance; you’ll access the apartment via a staircase in the common stairwell, where the living area awaits you.

We have a laundry room in our basement with a washing machine, dryer, and steam ironing station.
You’re welcome to use these facilities by arrangement and as needed.

In addition, there are several restaurants and pubs in the neighborhood.

The house is located on a quiet side street and is surrounded by a mature garden that promises absolute peace and relaxation.

Transportation connections are excellent: the subway station and the streetcar are just a few minutes’ walk away, allowing you to quickly and conveniently explore other attractions in the city. There are also several car-sharing services available for your convenience.
