The apartment features a cozy living area with a flat-screenTV, free Wi-Fi, and a wood-burning stove for relaxing evenings. Adjacent to this, the fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for culinary delights, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, stovetop, coffee maker, and electric kettle.
The apartment features a separate, charming bedroom with a double bed (160x200, separate mattresses) as well as a spacious bathroom. With just a few simple steps, you can convert the living area to include two additional comfortable sleeping spaces (2x90x200), allowing the apartment to accommodate up to 4 people. A high chair and a crib are also available for the little ones. This makes it a comfortable place for couples and small families. Your dog is also welcome here. And for those who prefer to take a break from technology, there’s a wide selection of board games and books to enjoy on-site.

Our cozy terrace invites you to enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air—whether over a leisurely breakfast or during relaxing evenings under the open sky. Surrounded by greenery, you’ll have the place all to yourselves here.

A free parking space right next to the house is also available. There’s a covered storage area for bicycles. Laundry facilities are available at a public laundromat about 50 meters away. Towels and bed linens can easily be added to your reservation.

Whether it’s surfing or kitesurfing at the local surf school, playing boules on the specially built court, extended SUP tours, swimming at the sandy beaches of the Schlei and the Baltic Sea on sunny summer days, or playing on the playground with a zip line, table tennis, basketball, and soccer on a well-manicured grass field. Or take leisurely walks through the nature reserve around Maasholm. Or explore the region by bike. Our bike rental service in Kappeln, “Schleiräder,” will deliver bikes and e-bikes directly to your accommodation.

Maasholm also has a lot to offer. The central hub is the fishing and recreational boat harbor located right at the mouth of the Schlei. From here, you’ll find various regional restaurants and cafés, a bakery and grocery store, boutiques, and souvenir shops in the small, picturesque streets. Here, you can get fresh fish straight from the fishing boat, a snack bar, or a store. Life here unfolds with a fascinating Nordic sense of calm. Leave your car behind and take a boat from the harbor to Kappeln.
Larger shopping options are located about 5 km away, so you’ll be well-provided for. In addition, numerous attractions await you to enrich your stay.
