Vacation home Wangerland, near Hooksiel

Dear Guests,
We rent out our holiday home on the North Sea.

Our semi-detached house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the peaceful town of Waddewarden.

Waddewarden is located about 7 km from Hooksiel and 12 km from Hooksiel Beach.

The town of Jever, with its famous brewery, is also just under 7 km away.

The holiday home includes 2 parking spaces (one is paved in front of the garage; the other is on the lawn) and a fenced-in yard with a patio.

The living area is approximately 55 square metres and includes a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, etc.

There is a living/dining area with a TV and a stereo system. The couch can also be pulled out to serve as a sleeper sofa.

A bathroom with natural light and a shower is also located on the ground floor.

On the upper floor, you’ll find another bathroom with natural light as well as two bedrooms. One has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a TV. The other bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a large closet.

The ground-level, partially covered patio features patio furniture, and a charcoal grill is also available for your use.

There are two rental bikes in the garage, as well as a wallbox that can be made available to you for a fee.

Additional costs: - Final cleaning: 60 EUR - If you bring pets (only by prior arrangement), the final cleaning fee increases to 70 EUR

The landlord does not provide consumables such as hand soap, dish soap, or similar items. Toilet paper is provided in the usual initial quantity.

Keys are handed over via a key safe. The access code will be sent to the tenant via email in a timely manner prior to arrival.

Visitor’s tax: The applicable visitor’s tax for the municipality of Wangerland is not included in the rental price. The tenant is required to register independently with the appropriate authority and pay the visitor’s tax in accordance with regulations.
