Our high-quality “Weinzeit” holiday rental is centrally located in Rüdesheim am Rhein, in the Upper Middle Rhine Valley—a UNESCO World Heritage Site—and combines a stylish ambiance with modern comforts. The exclusive amenities, high-quality materials, and lovingly coordinated decor make you feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

Historic alleyways, restaurants, breathtaking views, and the romantic Rhine landscape are just a few minutes’ walk away.

The accommodation features two separate bedrooms with luxurious king-size box-spring beds, ensuring the highest level of sleeping comfort. The brand-new, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area is designed for maximum comfort and includes, among other things, a washer-dryer and a large freestanding refrigerator with an ice maker.

The entire holiday rental is exclusively at your disposal.

We have another holiday rental in the same building. If you’re travelling with a larger group, you can book both units together.

You can reach us via email and Messenger daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Bed linens, as well as hand and bath towels, are of course included. For your convenience, we provide a basic supply of toiletries, toilet paper, and shower gel. In the kitchen, you’ll find coffee capsules, non-dairy creamer, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, a kitchen sponge, a dishcloth, and dishwasher tablets—so your holiday can begin right away.

The town of Rüdesheim charges a tourist tax of €2.50 per person per night. We’ll take care of paying this for you, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Quiet Hours:
Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Please avoid playing loud music or making other disruptive noises during this time.

Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire apartment. It is also not permitted by the window or in the bathroom.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed.

Electric Vehicles:
Charging e-bikes, e-scooters, or other electric vehicles is not permitted.
There are no suitable charging facilities available—charging via household outlets is prohibited for safety and insurance reasons.

Guest Information Folder:
There is a guest information folder in the apartment with additional important information about using the accommodation, the surrounding area, and emergency numbers.

Responsible Use:
Please use energy, water, and heating responsibly—for the sake of the environment.

General Information:
Please treat the furnishings with care.
Please sort your trash and dispose of it in the designated bins.
Please report any damage immediately.
No parties or events allowed.
