We stayed with 6 people in the house. We did not get value for money. When we arrived we were very disappointed when we saw the state of the house. The property has a lot of potential but it looks outlived. There is a smell inside ( old furniture and textiles ). Jacuzzi not working properly, swimming pool not inviting to swim in it ( major green stains in the edges), dangerous to walk barefoot as the bankirail is pulling out, the beds are too small for 2 adults to sleep in, electric fence not working, furniture on the terrace needs replacement, ping pong table has had better times … The environment is very beautiful and we did a lot of excursions.

Vacances dans maison Amélie

Nous avons loué cette maison du 9 au 16 septembre 2023. C'est une maison spacieuse et nous avons surtout apprécié la piscine et le jaccuzzi. Je tiens à remercier spécialement le propriétaire M Yves Gain qui est à l'écoute de ses occupants et il a su réagir immédiatement à nos demandes. Merci encore pour ce séjour.

Ongestoord tot rust komen

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf. De ontvangst door Jane was super. Ze was zeer vlot te contacteren en stond altijd voor ons klaar. Het zwembad, jacuzzi en de woning zelf waren dik in orde. Het enige wat we misten waren wandelmogelijkheden vertrekkende vanaf de woning. We zouden iedereen die geniet van rust en stilte, deze woning aanraden!

Zeer mooie ligging met groot zwembad.

Met 6 volwassen en 7 kinderen hebben wij een leuk verblijf gehad. De ligging was zeer mooi qua uitzicht en het zwembad voldoende groot. De woning was zonder meer ok. Eventueel een investering in nieuw servies en pannen lijkt mij wel een goed idee. De bedden voor volwassen iets te krap voor grotere mensen. Jammer dat de airco niet op alle kamers aanwezig is. Dit zou men toch op voorhand moeten vertellen. Wel zeer hulpzame dame voor de ontvangst en bij problemen. Je kan op alles vitten maar je vakantie maak je zelf en wij hebben een zeer leuke week gehad. Zeer mooie regio en dorpje.

We really enjoyed our stay at Amelie! The house is very spacious, the pool and hot tub were great and only 10 min walk into a beautiful village with restaurants, cafes and bars.

Un très bon choix

Au calme, très confortable, très bien équipée, cette villa a su merveilleusement contribuer à la réussite de nos vacances. Les enfants comme les adultes se sentent très vite à l'aise en ces lieux, au point de ne plus vouloir en repartir :) Que dire de l’accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires. On se sent comme chez soi en quelques instants. Je recommande volontiers cette location!

VACANCES AOUT 2013

Nous sommes partis à 3 couples avec 2 enfants chacun durant 2 semaines...A notre arrivée, la piscine était trés sale (pas néttoyée et mérite une rénovation : le rideau de sécurité ne fonctionne pas et la piscine fuit .....appoint d'eau tous les jours.), la maison est spacieuse, propre mais un petit inconvenient: les chambres situées à l'étage sont toutes sur du parquet...cela reste un peu gênant.(tous les bruits sont perceptibles...la nuit c'est pas génial). La soit disante salle de jeux, est tout simplement qu'une chambre avec une simple PSP qui ne fonctionnait pas. Les chambres n'étaient pas équipées de TV !!!!!! La plancha ne fonctionnait pas non plus...Seul point positif, le père du propriétaire (qui était en déplacement durant le séjour) était disponible. Il a fallu le solliciter à plusieurs reprises...Notamment, pour la connexion internet, le jacuzzi, la plancha (fourniture d'une autre bouteille de gaz.), la piscine....En conclusion, cette location pourrait être trés bien mais manque cruellement d'entretien, et reste chère pour ce type de prestation. Elle n'est pas forcément super bien située....

idéalement situé entre Mer et Montagne!!

Cette location est tout simplement superbe. Tout le confort y est, sans parler du bonheur dans le jacuzzi!!! La localisation de la maison est idéale pour profiter pleinement de la région : descente en canoë, randonnées en montagne, golf, la côte pour profiter de l'océan sans parler du village en lui-même qui est une vraie petite merveille (village fortifié avec le gave qui y passe!) Les propriétaires sont très attentionnés Rien à dire tout était parfait. Nous venons d'y passer une semaine à plusieurs couples (jeunes retraités) et nous avons passés une formidable semaine! Je vous conseille ce petit paradis!

Formidables vacances à plusieurs familles!!

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans cette magnifique maison rénovée tout confort! L'endroit est très propre et bien entretenu! Nous étions 3 familles avec des enfants/bébés et tout le monde s'est régalé! Le jacuzzi est tellement agréable pour les enfants comme pour les adultes et ce quelque soit la météo!! La maison est spacieuse et calme, le jardin est très agréable avec une magnifique vue sur le gave. Le propriétaire est très à l'écoute si besoin, bref, je recommande largement!!! MERCI!!!

Espace, confort et tranquilité

Nous avons passé une semaine à 3 familles de chacune 4 personnes dans cette maison. Elle est très spacieuse d´autant que le temps nous a permis de passer quasiment toutes nos journées et nos longues soirées à l´extérieur. Le jardin est très agréable et le coin piscine-jaccuzzi a été très, très apprécié ! L´équipement de la maison est très satisfaisant en terme de vaisselle et literie ; la télévision ne fonctionnait pas (pas de réception de chaînes) ce qui ne nous a personnellement pas dérangés. On a toutefois regretté l´absence de serviettes de piscine et surtout de matelas sur les transats, ce qui pour ce type de location à ce tarif nous paraît incontournable. L´accueil était parfait, chaleureux et soucieux de notre bien-être. Quant au village de Sauveterre, il est absolument ravissant et les gens charmants !
