The property is located on a south-facing slope within a park-like plot. The beech forest begins right behind the house, offering a wonderful view all the way to the castle. Peace and quiet are guaranteed here—there are no main roads within earshot, making the setting very tranquil. Access is via an asphalt road, so you can easily reach the holiday home and park directly by the house.



Amenities: Modern furnishings, fitted kitchen with oven and 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, sofa with ottoman, shell chair, box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), and a lounger.



Outdoor area: Green space, garden furniture, barbecue area, parking at the house, sunbathing and play lawn. Despite the gentle slope, you have easy access thanks to the asphalt road. A free parking space for your car is available at the house. There is a covered sun terrace in front of the holiday home with table, chairs, and 2 loungers.
