Wir waren zum ersten Mal in diesem Haus und angenehm überrascht, dass es trotz der vielen Wohneinheiten recht ruhig ist. Die Wohnung 5 ist sehr gut aufgeteilt, es sieht nicht nach nur 44m2 aus, alles ist luftig, modern und funktional eingerichtet. Die Sauberkeit ist sehr gut, ein dickes Lob an das Reinigungsteam. In der gut ausgestatteten Küche ist alles was man für eine gute Selbstverpflegung braucht. Einzig einen Dönerspieß haben wir vermisst Das Bad ist geräumig und hell, es bietet durch ein kleines Regal genügend Ablagemöglichkeiten, auch ein Fön ist vorhanden. Die Dusche, ca.100X100cm, war für mich ausreichend groß und ist fast ebenerdig. In dem 2X 90X200cm großen Bett haben wir bequem gelegen und konnten einen erholsamen Schlaf genießen. Der Balkon auf der Westseite ist für 2 Personen mehr als ausreichend groß. Seine Lage auf der Rückseite mag auf den ersten Blick nicht optimal sein, aber hier hat man seine Ruhe vor Spaziergängern und ab Nachmittags kann man in der Sonne sitzen, bzw. muss in der Sonne sitzen, denn der zur Wohnung gehörende Sonnenschirm ist mehr ein Schirmchen mit ca.150cm ∅ Alles in allem, sind wir sind mit der Wohnung und dem Meer Fun/Urlando Team, welches schon öfter unser Ansprechpartner war, sehr zufrieden. Für uns ist klar, wir kommen wieder. Aber mit eigenem Sonnenschirm im Gepäck.

Sehr gut und gemütlich eingerichtete 2-Zimmer-FeWo im Hochparterre auf der Rückseite (Westseite, m..

Sehr gut und gemütlich eingerichtete 2-Zimmer-FeWo im Hochparterre auf der Rückseite (Westseite, mit Sonne ab Mittag auf dem großen Balkon) des Gebäudes „Haus am Park“ gelegen. Das Gebäude selbst ist ein imposantes Haus aus der Gründerzeit, in den Neunzigerjahren aufwendig renoviert und restauriert, wurde es ein echter Hingucker. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, hell und freundlich, verfügt über eine ausreichend und gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile und ein komfortables Dusch-Bad/WC sowie einen kleinen Abstellraum. Bettwäsche und/oder Handtücher sind zubuchbar. Wir haben uns auch beim dritten Mal sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt ein viertes Mal wieder.
