Holiday Apartment No. 25 in the Ostseewelle holiday apartment complex is a spacious 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

Your apartment is located on the 3rd floor and features a balcony. From the living area, you can look out onto the adjacent city forest. The approximately 45 m² of space is divided into a living and dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and two bedrooms.

The living area of the holiday apartment is comfortably furnished with a sofa and two wicker armchairs. A flat-screen TV is available for your entertainment. The apartment also features free Wi-Fi.

The kitchenette, integrated into the living area, is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 2-burner hob, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Of course, a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle are also available. The dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals.

In the first bedroom, a comfortable double bed awaits you for a restful night’s sleep. The built-in closet provides ample storage space for your holiday wardrobe. In the second bedroom, a pull-out bed awaits you for a good night’s rest. Curtains in both bedrooms provide privacy.

The apartment’s bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, and a hair dryer. The holiday rental has tile flooring.

In a separate common area, you’ll find a washing machine and dryer (for a fee). Bicycles can be stored safely in the bike room.

Thanks to its location near the beach, the Ostseewelle apartment building is the perfect place for a beach holiday in Kühlungsborn. The complex is located on Ostseeallee in the second row and runs parallel to the kilometer-long sandy beach, just 80 metres away. A bicycle storage area, as well as coin-operated washing machines and dryers, are available for shared use. Bicycles can be parked securely in the bike storage room. A staircase leads to the individual holiday apartments.

A free outdoor parking space is available for each holiday apartment right next to the apartment building.

All holiday apartments feature a balcony or terrace where you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air. Each is equipped with a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a living and dining area with cable TV. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.
