Holiday Apartment 023 in the Meeresblick building is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

This cosy 2-room holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the building. On the furnished, west-facing terrace, you can enjoy a partial side view of the lake and the afternoon sun. With a size of 45 m², the apartment offers space for up to 4 people to enjoy a wonderful holiday. The apartment is divided into a living area, a dining area with an integrated kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is about 50 metres away.

The living area, decorated in warm, inviting colours, welcomes you with a comfortable couch, two matching armchairs, a coffee table, and a chest of drawers—perfect for cosy TV nights with a flat-screen TV. A Blu-ray player and free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) provide additional entertainment.

The apartment’s kitchenette is very well equipped with a toaster, a microwave, an electric kettle, a drip coffee maker, a dishwasher, a two-burner hob, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The dining area is part of the kitchen area. Here, you’ll find plenty of space for four people to enjoy meals together.

In the bedroom, a double bed invites you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. A large closet provides storage space for your luggage. The double sofa bed in the living area offers sleeping space for 2 additional guests. You can darken the room with curtains. (The bedroom window opens onto the atrium)

The holiday apartment features a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer. You’ll find plenty of counter space on the spacious vanity for your toiletries. The apartment has tile flooring. A rug in front of the couch adds a cosy touch to the living area

The Meeresblick building, which features an lift and barrier-free access, is located at the western end of the Kühlungsborn beach promenade. A bicycle storage room as well as coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available to you in the communal basement. Your holiday apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage (maximum height 1.80 m, maximum weight 2,000 kg).

The Meeresblick building, located in Kühlungsborn West, is situated directly on the beach promenade and offers direct access to the Baltic Sea beach. Through a spacious, covered atrium featuring real plants, you can reach the holiday apartments via the stairs or the two glass lifts. The south entrance of the building provides barrier-free access. The north entrance provides a short walk to the beach. A bicycle storage room, coin-operated washing machines, and coin-operated dryers are available to all guests.


Each apartment comes with an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tyres). The underground garage also features storage compartments for roof boxes. Please note the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions and weights:
