Two bedroom, two bath condo on ground floor in beautiful Casa Blanca Resort located on Sandy Beach.

PET FRIENDLY! Up to two well-behaved dogs welcome.

New reverse osmosis filter with additional bacteria and virus protection. Filtered water at sink and water/ice in fridge so no need to buy water.

Private Wi-Fi.

Washer and dryer.

Outdoor George Forman grill on porch plus gas and charcoal grills in resort picnic areas under palapas with tables.

Wheelchair accessible.

Gated entrance and 24/7 roving guards and cameras. Guards are courteous and helpful.

Flat-screen TV's with Dish HD TV plus Starz in living room and both bedrooms in addition to DVD player in living room.

Large wheeled cooler and portable beach chairs.

K-cup coffee maker and standard coffee maker, toaster and blender. Bring your own K-cups. We provide a few.

Gated front porch with pool and ocean views. Front yard area with grass and landscape feature. Child gate in closet for small dogs.

Eighteen-hole putting course; Putters stored in condo laundry room.

Four pools. 2 in front of condo (one has a swim up bar) one is on the beach.

Short walk through resort to uncrowded beach with palapas and palm trees.

The 15 + acre resort features palm trees, grass, native plants, and fitness track along with meandering paths, a pond and the 18 hole putting green.

Large parking lot with only steps to condo.

Restaurant on premises open from 7 am-10 pm everyday. Swim up bar has food delivered from the restaurant and both will deliver to the condo. There are many other restaurants and bars nearby. Collins is across the street in the Princessa Resort.

Casa Blanca is probably the quietest of all condo complexes on Sandy Beach.

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo is very nice and has everything you need. The beach is very close & walkable. The only issues we had were the restaurants were all closed when we arrived around 4pm. We ended up walking to a nearby bar that was open. They were doing plumbing fixes right outside the front door when we arrived as well, so we had ro maneuver around this. Overall it was a really nice and relaxing trip. We would definitely book again.

Excellent rental - I won't stay anywhere else!

This rental was absolutely amazing. So close to the pools and had great views. The hosts were incredible to work with. This is the perfect rental, we will be back again and again!

Great place for pets

Had a great stay. The pool and bar are steps away from the condo. Our 2 spoiled dogs enjoyed the porch since it had a nice view to the pool. Had some very good meals at La Jolla

Great location, everything we needed!

Cynthia and Janet were wonderful hosts! Very communicative. We love we can bring our furry friends but ended up not brining them last min. The condo was perfect and having a ground floor unit is ideal especially with kids and/or pets. The pool is just steps away. We would definitely return!

Amazing condo!

We absolutely loved our condo at Casa Blanca Villas! The bottom floor was a HUGE plus because we had our sweet goldendoodle with us. We really appreciated the pet friendly room and enjoyed the rooftop bar. The condo host was very accommodating and helpful! An overall excellent experience!

Great stay

Well stocked large condo, everything you need and more. Plenty of towels for every need, high quality shampoo, soap, etc. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of tv and music channels and good wifi. Very quiet complex, pools were not too busy. We really enjoyed playing the putting golf course. Will stay again.

Wonder family trip!

Had such a great experience renting from Janet. She's extremely professional, responsive, and overall lovely. Her condo is clean, well stocked, and overall perfect. Excellent Pet Friendly Ground Floor Unit

Our stay was great as always. The owner is very nice person and she really keeps her condo clean. The Casa Blanca pool area restaurants are now open. Ran into the architect who told us that the pool down by the beach will be remodeled for a new swim-up/bar and expanded lounge & palapa area. Done by August. A first class destination.

Great condo

Everything was great at this condo. I forgot a few condiments and the condo had everything we needed. Pots and pans were in good condition too, so we had no problem making our meals. Janet was always there when we needed and absolutely no problems at the facilty. The resort has definitely ulgraded since we were last there. Thank you Janet, cant wait to stay again!

Great place and safe area

Rent this place and have for years with my dog. Love the place! Only complaint is the door lock on the front door. Door would never close once I was inside and would have to use the deadbolt to close it. Coming into the condo was difficult and code would never open the door and would have to constantly try to get the door open all week. Left my dog's frisbee in there this morning at 9:00 am and tried to get back into the condo to no avail. Tried for about 20 minutes but failed so going to buy a new frisbee for baby boy.

Beautiful Casa Blanca Golf Villas complex and pet friendly accommodations!

Property Manager was very responsive and prompt - and very helpful. With a team member like Victor on board, it is definitely a plus to the property owner. Janet and Cynthia are a great team - if you have an inquiry or a question, you will definitely hear from one or the other to address your question/inquiry almost instantaneously. My husband has difficulty with mobility and the unit being on the ground floor definitely helps. The Casa Blanca Golf Villas complex is beautiful and pet-friendly. The unit is a few minutes walk to the sandy beach. A walk along the beach in the early morning is so calming - you’ll see a few joggers, a few people enjoying an early morning walk with or without a four-legged companion, an occasional crane, and you’ll hear different bird calls/chirpings. We will stay there again if we take another trip to Puerto Peñasco!

Bad first impression

After a 6 hour drive my family and I arrive to a total disaster we found the condo in unsanitary conditions. The condo had not been cleaned prior to our arrival food was left out on the counters and the floors the trash was overflowing. We immediately called Janet but was not able to reach her she did call back a short time later, needless to say she was very apologetic and got someone there to clean the place within 45minutes it took them about 3 hours to clean. On the positive side the condo itself is very nice and it was extremely convenient being on the ground floor especially having children.

Great for young family and dogs!

We wanted to rent a place where we could bring our rescue dog where she would not be too spooked w/too much noise. The place was quiet, convenient to walk her w/dog bags throughout our walk. The condo was close to good restaurants. There is some construction behind the condo but not too noisy. The owner was very nice and easy to reach.

Beautiful unit, home away from home!

This unit is set up so perfect that you feel you are at home. Beds and furniture is very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Owner has thought of everything to ensure you stay is so enjoyable.

Return to Rocky Point

After some years of no travel we were delighted to return to Rocky Point. Although very humid in August we had a lovely time. Condo location was perfect for us and our dog. Very convenient on the first floor. The fenced patio and good areas to exercise our dog was thoroughly enjoyed. It's walkable to one restaurant and close to many others. The pool is just steps away and the putting course was fun. The condo was very nice, it had plenty of everything. Janet made made it all so very easy! Thank you!

Excellent 2Br condo with all the amenities

We had a great time as always. great place to stay. Ate at great Venzuelan food that makes Arepas called "Que Chevere" on Constitucion Ave. Highly recommended. The condo is awesome. The beach is rock free and worth the walk. Penasco never dissapoints.

After spending years vacationing in Puerto Penasco, we fell in love with this condo and this resort. We are all crazy about dogs and want to share our love of animals with our renters.

Why they chose this property

The walks are wonderful for children and dogs. Stayed in other resorts where I could either walk on the beach or the parking lot. At Casa Blanca I can have pleasant walks without getting sandy or wet.

What makes this property unique

This resort is quiet, with every amenity you could hope for to make your vacation special. The condo has beautiful wood work and the kitchen is full of upgraded appliances, with beautiful cabinets and granite countertop.
