Die Lage ist am südlichen Rand von Lübeck. Mit dem Auto braucht man ca. 15 Minuten bis in die Breite Straße. Es sind 9 Appartements im Gebäude.Die Größe ist für 2 Personen ausreichend. Der Fernseher ist modern, die Betten gut. Im Bad kaum Ablagefläche, die Heizung funktioniert. Die Küchenausstattung ist bescheiden. Das Besteck bestand aus 4 Gabeln, 3 Ess- und 3 Suppenlöffel, 2 Messer. Wasserkocher, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine sind vorhanden. Der Kühlschrank sehr klein. Keine Spülmaschine, der Mülleimer in der Küche ohne Deckel. Kein Flaschenöffner, Pfannenwender, Deckel für die Pfannen, Butterdose oder Eierbecher. Keine Gläser mit einem Volumen über 0,2 Liter.Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ok.
