Södra Fullsjön – Modern Holiday Home Directly on the Lake in Jämtland

Welcome to Södra Fullsjön, a modern holiday home located directly on Lake Fullsjön near Stugun in Jämtland. With its private jetty, direct access to the lake and beautiful views across the water, the house offers wonderful conditions for a holiday surrounded by the unspoilt nature of northern Sweden.

The holiday home was newly built in 2025 and offers around 70 m² of living space for up to 7 guests. With three separate bedrooms, the house is particularly suitable for families, couples travelling together or smaller groups who want to spend their holiday directly by the lake.

The bright living area with its large windows forms the heart of the house. From here, you can enjoy views across Lake Fullsjön and the surrounding countryside. On cooler days, the fireplace creates a warm and cosy atmosphere and adds to the traditional Swedish holiday-home experience.

You do not have to go without modern entertainment either. Fast fibre-optic internet, a TV with German channels and a games console are available during your stay.

The modern kitchen is well equipped and provides everything you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday. Prepare meals together and enjoy them while taking in the beautiful view of the lake.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower. A washing machine is also available, making the house convenient for longer stays. Families with small children can also make use of a baby cot and high chair.

The real highlight of Södra Fullsjön is waiting right outside the door. The holiday home is located directly on Lake Fullsjön and has its own private jetty. Only a few steps separate you from the water, allowing you to enjoy the lake from the very first day of your holiday.

A canoe is available free of charge. You can set off directly from the property and explore Lake Fullsjön and the beautiful landscape of Jämtland from the water. The lake is also an interesting destination for anglers and offers wonderful opportunities to spend peaceful hours by the water.

A boat mooring is also available directly at the holiday home.

The spacious outdoor area features garden furniture, a barbecue and a fire pit. Enjoy meals outdoors, have a barbecue together or end the evening around the fire. There is also a small playground for children.

The region around Stugun is characterised by the typical landscape of Jämtland: large lakes, clear rivers, extensive forests and wide open countryside. Around the holiday home, you will find plenty of opportunities for hiking, paddling, fishing and exploring nature.

The location is also a good starting point for day trips. Around one hour away is Östersund, the largest city in Jämtland. Here you will find restaurants, cafés and shops. Jamtli is also well worth a visit, with its museum and historic buildings offering an interesting insight into the history and culture of the region.

Östersund is located directly on Lake Storsjön, one of Sweden’s largest lakes. The area around the lake offers even more opportunities to discover the varied landscapes of Jämtland.

The region is also beautiful during winter. Snow-covered forests and frozen lakes provide wonderful surroundings for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and other winter activities.

Södra Fullsjön is a non-smoking property. Up to 2 dogs are welcome. Final cleaning is provided, and bed linen and electricity are already included.

A €200 security deposit is required for the stay.
