This 65 m² apartment in the Spreewald Biosphere Reserve, Lubolz, is located in a historic train station building from 1914 and accommodates up to 4 guests. You will find 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine and complimentary coffee. Wi-Fi, washing machine, fan, a dedicated workspace, and self check-in ensure a comfortable stay. Families benefit from a high chair as well as toys and books for children.



In the 1,700 m² fenced shared garden with a wildflower meadow, you can enjoy a trampoline, hammock, and several seating areas for relaxation. A private barbecue is available for outdoor meals—ideal for letting children and pets play safely.



There is a shared parking space on site. The location is excellent: Lubolz train station is just 20 meters away. Up to 4 pets are welcome. Events are not permitted. Please note that the railway tracks are active and trains pass by. One bedroom faces the tracks, the other is on the opposite side of the building.



The property is directly on the active tracks in the Spreewald. From Lubolz station (20 m), trains run hourly to Berlin and Cottbus. File sharing and torrent use are prohibited; Wi-Fi may only be used legally.
