This beautiful home offers travelers a luxurious, clean and accommodating stay central to the Las Vegas Strip.

Completely remodeled with all new windows, accent lighting, wood cabinetry, wood floors, Picasso granite counters and tabletops throughout, fresh paint, new stainless steel appliances, large LED screen TVs, designer furniture and high-end mattresses. House equipped with new heaters and air conditioning units, new pool equipment, resurfaced pool and spa, LED pool/spa lighting and complete new patio and pool deck. State-of-the-Art Security System with automated door locks and environmental controls customizable to guest's preference.

This home features 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, located just 2.5 miles from the heart of the Strip!

Poker table accommodating 8 players and large LED TV.

The backyard features a large private pool and spa, as well as lounge chairs, outdoor seating, gas fire pit (tenant to supply propane), and a BBQ. Pool and Spa jets, heater and lights controlled via convenient, easy-to-use hand held remote control.

Enjoy dining in the gourmet kitchen or in the separate dining room that can accommodate up to 12 adults.

One bedroom is located on the first floor, with a Queen size bed. Three additional bedrooms are located upstairs. One upstairs bedroom features a single King size bed, the other features a single Queen size bed, and the master features two Queen size beds with a private bathroom. Each bedroom features a LED TV. Bedrooms offer high-end mattresses furnished with different mattresses of various degrees of firmness to best suit guest preferences.

Enjoy the use of the front load washer and dryer, two refrigerators as well as free WIFI and DirecTV.

This home offers fresh linens and towels for each stay, as well as a kitchen fully stocked with cooking utensils, new appliances, pots, pans, extensive barware (beer, wine, mixed), cups, glasses and dishes.

The home was in a great location, safe neighborhood, not too far from the strip but far enough that we had a quiet getaway. We easily could uber over to restaurants etc. The home also was a great communal space for us to hang out as a family while we weren’t out and about.

This was a great place for us to stay during our EDC Weekend! The place was spacious, had nice rooms, bathrooms, and a cool game room. The best part about it was the pool/back patio. The gazebo was used more than any part of the house and the hot tub worked great!!

Golf Trip!

What a great spot. Close up all things including the Strip and all the Golf Courses we played at! Relaxing after the rounds and soaking in the Hot Tub! Jason was great to work with and we really enjoyed our stay here. We already have plans to come back next year! Josh.

Well-appointed house with great location

My friends and I stayed for a long weekend. The house is in an older neighborhood, but it was very nice on the inside and well-appointed. It was located close to the strip and had ample parking for the three cars we had. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. We would stay again.

Great stay

The house was huge, with three different living room areas, including a game room with a bar. Two full refrigerators and a wine fridge, so plenty of room for food and beverages. Beds were very comfortable. The pool, hot tub, and backyard were fantastic (though keep in mind you can't use it after 10pm). The owner was prompt to fix one minor issue that we had. It was a great stay!

Perfect place for our family

The house was absolutely perfect for our family get together. Everything was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, the kids absolutely loved the pool, and we got a lot of use out of the game room. Location was fantastic being so close to the strip; we just took Ubers which was very reasonable being so close. The host, Jason, was very helpful and communicative. Highly recommend!
