Historic Half-Timbered House Surrounded by Nature

Near Lingen (Ems), this unique holiday home of approx. 55 m² awaits you, accommodating up to 4 guests. The former bakehouse from the 17th century has been completely renovated and modernized to a high standard—everything from technology to furnishings is brand new. On the ground floor, you will find an open living area with a pull-out sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious bathroom. Upstairs, the charming bedroom offers a private workspace and an additional small WC. The private kitchen features high-quality appliances, including an espresso machine and a washing machine. The house is step-free and has its own entrance near the main house.



Enjoy the exceptionally peaceful setting surrounded by centuries-old oaks and untouched nature on your private terrace—a true place of tranquility and relaxation. Lovingly restored and furnished, the house is part of the oldest, culturally significant farmstead ensemble in northwest Germany.



Parking is available on site. Please note that grilling and open fires are not permitted on the protected property. The area by the house is reserved exclusively for you. Video surveillance exists on the grounds but does not affect the private areas of the house.



Your hosts live on the property, but not in the booked house. The bakehouse is surrounded by other historic 17th-century buildings. Fiber optic internet is available. Please note that mobile reception in this rural region is currently limited. The charming town of Lingen is 10 km away and offers shopping, markets, theaters, several cinemas, and a wide variety of restaurants and bars. The area is ideal for cycling, and beautiful destinations are easily accessible by car.
