The apartment (approx. 22 m²), renovated in 2025, is located on the 2nd floor of the building, is comfortably furnished, and can accommodate 1–2 people. (with a baby and/or dog)

The one-room apartment features a bed that can be extended to 1.60 m wide and serves as seating during the day, a coffee table, an armchair, a linen closet, as well as a TV and a CD/radio.
The kitchenette is equipped with an induction cooktop, a refrigerator, and a microwave. Glasses and cutlery, dinnerware and cookware, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster are provided.
The bathroom is modern and equipped with a toilet and shower.
Internet—Wi-Fi access is available free of charge.
One pet is allowed (additional pets upon request). Please specify if you need a cot or high chair when booking.

A garden, patio furniture, and a grill are, of course, available.
Non-smoking apartment; a covered smoking area is provided on the terrace.

Use of a grill hut is free of charge; the key will be provided by arrangement, as the hut is cleaned after each use.

Bed linens and towels can be added upon request for 18.00€ per set per person.
Use of the washing machine is available for a small fee.
