The apartment features two bedrooms with a well-thought-out layout: one bedroom with a double bed (180 cm) and another bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, and a bunk bed—ideal for families or small groups.

In addition to a bathroom and a separate bathroom, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen that offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The popular d’Genussalm restaurant with a sun terrace is located right on the ground floor. A small shop for daily necessities is also available right on site.



Welcome to d'Genussalm – Hauser Kaibling Apartment 3, your alpine retreat right on the Hauser Kaibling ski and hiking mountain in the Schladming-Dachstein region. At 1,820 metres above sea level, a unique holiday experience awaits you in the heart of the mountains. 

Numerous hiking trails through the impressive mountain landscape start right outside your front door. Cosy, well-maintained alpine huts along the way invite you to enjoy regional delicacies. Families will love the children’s adventure trail and the playground, both located right next to the d’Genussalm.

As a special bonus, our guests receive the Schladming-Dachstein Card. While this card typically includes one return ride per day, guests at the d'Genussalm enjoy two free return rides per day. This allows you to easily take the gondola down to the valley and back to your lodging at any time.

In winter, a true mountain experience awaits you. Skiers enjoy ski-in/ski-out convenience and can hit the slopes right from the front door. Even guests without skis can easily reach the d'Genussalm via the winter hiking trail and fully enjoy the snow-covered mountain landscape, cosy huts, and the unique atmosphere at Hauser Kaibling.
