An Idyllic Stay in a Well-Equipped Chalet

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The chalet is perfectly equipped, the view from the balcony is stunning, and the area is peacefully quiet. I’d definitely recommend this place!

What a beautiful view!

What a beautiful view! If you're looking for a place with multiple people, this is really great. Everyone can find their own spot, and there are plenty of places to be together. Jacuzzi and sauna, cooking and baking, BBQ and balcony, cycling or walking, skiing, everything is available. The host was friendly, helpful, and very accessible. Worth repeating!

Beautiful chalet with an authentic feel.

If visiting for skiing, make sure to have your own vehicle. It is manageable with the Ski bus certainly, but with a car you will have no problem at all.

Good stay

We had a good ski holiday. The chalet was spacious and comfortable. The lighting is poor, and the bathroom set up is not great as one bathroom is in the basement

Thank you Sarah for your constructive review. We will make sure to talk to the owner of Chalet Etale, in Manigod, to discuss the lighting issue. The property is located in an old renovated farm. The owner decided to keep many original and historical features such as low ceilings and little windows, to keep the Savoyard feel of the place. The downstairs bathroom is clearly indicated on the site. The owner wanted to make sure his guests would have access to a bathroom after/before their sauna sessions.

Very cosy property with a nice outdoor area

Rustic, very cosy property with quality bedding. The bathroom on the upper level is great. The ceiling height in the lower bathroom is a little low for tall people. Heaters work perfectly. The outdoor area invites you to lounge around. In the village, on the road to the chalet, there's a super cozy café selling souvenirs. Contact with the OVO Network team was very good. There is nothing to improve.

The chalet was nice and very clean. However, I found it quite expensive compared with other chalets we visited in the region.For taller guests, the low doorways may be a problem, as you have to bend down when passing through them. Otherwise, you may bump your head several times, as happened to my husband. The kitchen layout was also not very practical.On the positive side, the chalet was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the host was extremely helpful and responsive.Overall, I recommend both the chalet and the region, although the price could perhaps be reconsidered.Thank you very much.

Vue imprenable, bain nordique, séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Le chalet offre une vue magnifique et très bien équipé. Nous avons profité du bain nordique tous les jours. Attention, si vous souhaitez que l’eau soit bien chaude, il faut le lancer 4h avant.

Génial

Logement agréable; nous avons passé un bon séjour. Il y a trois chambres avec un lit double et un dortoir de 4 places, deux salles de bain, un sauna, et un bain nordique au bois (long à chauffer au début). Navette gratuite toutes les heures au pied du chalet. Plusieurs randonnées raquettes à faire autour de Manigod, accès au domaine skiable de La Clusaz via Manigod.

Super séjour à Manigod

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce chalet, parfaitement propre et très bien accueilli par Corinne. Le sauna et le bain nordique sont des atouts appréciables surtout en hiver, tout comme le stock de bois et le garage pour les skis. Malgré un emplacement un peu éloigné des stations, la navette est facilement accessible, même si les horaires peuvent limiter certains déplacements. Nous recommandons vivement ce chalet.

Confort et Vue Agréable

Logement spacieux avec une cuisine bien équipée, idéal pour les grands groupes. Il est certes un peu sombre à l’intérieur, mais de nombreux points lumineux mettent en valeur le logement. Vue très agréable. Corrine, qui s’occupe du logement, était très réactive. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Deux semaines de rêve en montagne

Nous avons passé deux super semaines de vacances d’été en famille. Le chalet est vraiment très beau, confortable et parfaitement équipé. Son emplacement est idéal pour faire de la randonnée ou des sorties à vélo. La vue depuis le chalet est vraiment magnifique !
