The 2-room holiday apartment (approx. 56 m²), renovated in 2020, is located on the 1st floor of the building, is comfortably furnished, and can accommodate 2–4 people. (+ baby and/or dog)

The holiday apartment, which features a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a guest bathroom, consists of a spacious bedroom with a 160-cm-wide double bed and a TV; a cot can be provided upon request.
The large living room features a sofa bed for 2 people; the seating area can also be used as a cosy dining area thanks to a height-adjustable table. A TV and a stereo system with radio and MP3 capabilities are also provided.
The kitchenette is integrated into the living room and equipped with a double ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave. Glasses and cutlery, dinnerware and cookware, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster are provided.
The holiday rental includes a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink, as well as a guest bathroom with a sink.
This is a non-smoking apartment; a covered smoking area is provided on the terrace.
A garden, patio furniture, and a grill are, of course, available; use of the grill hut is free of charge (the key is provided by arrangement), as is Wi-Fi access.

Pets allowed (additional pets upon request). Please specify if you need a cot or high chair when booking.
Bed linens and towels can be added upon request for 18€ per set per person. Use of the washing machine is available for a fee.
