Located in Aouste-sur-Sye in the Drôme Valley, Gîte La Peyrolle welcomes you to a renovated 70 m² stone house that can accommodate up to 4 guests. You will have 2 bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare your meals. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, an additional toilet on the ground floor, and a high chair for families with young children.



Enjoy a private, uncovered 30 m² terrace and a tree-lined garden—perfect for relaxed meals with a plancha. The gîte is part of a beautiful stone house shared with the owner’s residence.



Three shared parking spaces are available on site for your convenience. A bicycle garage is available upon request, as well as a motorcycle shelter. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.



The accommodation is 1 km from the village center, where you will find shops, a bakery, grocery store, pizzeria, and tobacco shop. The Drôme river and its canoe base are just 1 km away, ideal for water activities and access to cycling routes. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy 88 mountain passes, various mountain bike trails, and scenic hiking paths. The location is perfect for exploring the Vercors Natural Park, the famous Crest Tower, Drôme Provençale, and the Ardèche Gorges.



Early check-in, late check-out, or check-out between 2 pm and 6 pm are available upon request and subject to availability for an extra fee.
