A special feature for your health is the controlled ventilation system, which ensures a constant supply of fresh, filtered air—ideal for allergy sufferers. Combined with the underfloor heating, which serves as cooling in the summer, you’ll always enjoy your perfect comfort temperature. The absolute highlight awaits you outdoors: Relax in the beautiful garden and terrace area and enjoy the unobstructed, sweeping view of the idyllic Moselle landscape.

Welcome to your temporary home! Our 45 m² holiday apartment combines comfort, wellness, and pure nature:

• Kitchen: Fully equipped, including a coffee maker and freezer compartment (no dishwasher)
• Bathroom: Stylish bathroom with a barrier-free, walk-in shower.
• Indoor Climate: Controlled ventilation (ideal for allergy sufferers).
• Comfort: Underfloor heating and cooling for every season.
• Outdoor area: Beautiful terrace/garden with a fantastic panoramic view of the Moselle.



On-site costs: • Towels and bed linens provided • 1–2 nights: 95 €, 3–5 nights: 75 €, 6 or more nights: 70 € • Access to the apartment via an outdoor staircase
