My unit is a PENTHOUSE LEVEL unit (11th floor ).As the Penthouse, it has the best view !! higher ceilings,crown molding, is quieter since no one is above you. It is decorated in upscale fashion.. WiFi computer use throughout the unit .

This condo and its heated pool are directly on the beach,with direct frontal views, no road to cross! A brand new gym looks across the pool into the gulf. It is well equipped.
This unit has a great layout.It is an OVERSIZE TWO BEDROOM at 1480 square feet. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with 42'flat screen tv and whirlpool tub.
The second bedroom is large enough for two queen-size beds. The main living area is oversized also and has a queen-size, pull-out couch and a 65"flatscreenT V !! Therefore, this two-bedroom unit can EASILY ACCOMMODATE EIGHT PEOPLE. In addition, the balcony is very nice at 30-feet long by eight-foot deep.The beachfront is 465-feet wide! Since there are only 65 units, Gulfgate has the most beachfront per unit than any other condo building in Destin !!!! Destin's most uncrowded beach !!

This penthouse unit has high speed internet,wet bar with seperate icemaker,a library of about 50 novels. The location is excellent as you can park your car and walk to six or seven restaurants, water park, putt putt, etc. You are two minutes to Wal-Mart, the theatres, whatever!
With my dedicated cleaning crew, CHECK IN TIME IS GUARANTEED AT 1 PM, not 3 0R 4 in the afternoon!! WOW!! Thats like getting an extra day free.!!! Have broadened our cleaning to adress other areas that are virus sensitive such as door knobs, railings,handles, bed spreads, etc. We are using CDC recommended products. Sanitizing sprays on couches, pillows, etc.
In addition we are supplying Chlorowipes . Both bathroom sinks and kitchen sink have hand sanitizer for your use.

I grew up in Andalusia Alabama. Our family took all our vacations growing up in Destin since we were only 1.5 hours away. My grandparents built a home here in the 1920s!!Therefore Destin is like a home away from home to me. A place with great connection and fond memories.
My career in polymer chemistry took me to Gadsden, Atlanta,then to Charlotte. I feel very fortunate to be able to call Destin my full time home now.Now I have a couple of rental condos and do some sailboat charters. sshh, my rental customers get discounted sail rates!!!

Why they chose this property

I love Destin Gulfgate because the units are the largest 2 bedroom units in destin that are directly on the beach. The main room is oversized.Likewise the 2nd bedroom holds TWO queen beds! Therefore Gulfgate is one of the few 2 bedroom properties that allow up to 8 people per unit.
In addition,the Gulfgate building is built very close to the water...no deep setback.. this gives a better view and shorter walk to the beach.
Gulfgate is a highly desired rental property by people who know Destin.

What makes this property unique

I have tried to make this penthouse unit a 'cut above' the others at Gulfgate.As the penthouse it has higher ceilings, crown molding,is quieter ,and of course most of all... a better view!!This unit is simply lovely.
.The towels are not standard housekeeping quality, but are thicker,softer, and color coordinated.
There are crystal wine glasses at the bar for red and white wine. I have a library of about 50 quality books for your reading. Likewise a library of cd movies(approx 30 ) for free viewing.the kitchen is fully equipped , even with a spice rack.brand new oversize washer/dryer,etc.With my cleaning crew, I have GUARANTEED CHECK IN TIME OF 12:00 NOON!! Thats almost like getting an extra day free!!
As the penthouse level, i have tried to maintain it as 'a cut above'.My sincere thanks for your consideration of the PRISTINE PENTHOUSE. The Penthouse at Gulfgate !!!
